# Boombas

> A household assistant turned weapon of war, the Boomba acts as a roaming landmine with a sensor on the front. It will roam aimlessly until an Asset enters the spotlight on the front, at which point it will follow them, attempting to roll underneath them. If it loses track of an Asset, it will revert back to an aimless roaming state.\
> \
> Most entities that step on a Boomba will cause it to detonate, destroying the Boomba and dealing explosive damage to everything nearby.

### RECOMMENDATIONS:

* Boombas can be easily avoided by jumping over them or standing on railing.
* Do not get cornered or surprised by a Boomba. Listen out for the faint whirring of it traversing towards you.
* Boombas can be intentionally baited into certain entities to outright kill them, which can often be useful.
