What is Origination?

Origination is a mechanically lightweight RPG and fantasy-oriented Fabric modpack focused on enhancing the vanilla Minecraft experience. As the name suggests, the modpack primarily revolves around the Origins mod by apace100, allowing the player to start as one of more than 40 origins with various advantages and drawbacks. This is further enhanced by Origins: Classes, which allows the selection of a profession on top of your chosen origin, giving the player agency in selecting a distinct playstyle that suits them.

Origination is ideal for a singleplayer or multiplayer experience, and will appeal to builders, adventurers, PvPers and factions players as well as plenty more. The modpack strictly tries to remain grounded in fantasy elements, and as such does not include any significantly technologically advanced mods in it's roster.
